The Centre is a popular and ideal venue for functions such as christenings, children’s parties, birthday celebrations, retirements, anniversaries, receptions and funerals. The Centre has a number of rooms available to meet every need including a large hall and a bar /lounge capable of separation into two rooms.

Hall: Ideal for large parties, the Hall can hold up to 200 people and can be configured to provide tabled seating and a dance floor. With a large floor area, the hall can also accommodate children’s play equipment such as bouncy castles. For larger, mainly adult groups an in-situ bar can be offered. The Hall has a large stage for use by discos and even live bands and has excellent sound and presentation equipment.

Lounge Bar: Ideal for christenings, smaller parties, retirements and funeral teas as well as informal meetings. The lounge can sit up to 100 people and is perfect for family gatherings.The room is capable of sub division to accommodate small events, each area with dedicated access.

The Centre can offer a licensed bar (subject to numbers) and self or contracted catering.

As licensed premises, hirers and visitors cannot bring alcohol for consumption at any function whether the bar is included in the hire or not.

The Association permits hirers to use bouncy castles, disco’s, entertainers and caterers but only on a contractual arrangement between the hirer and supplier who must have appropriate insurance in place, Smoke machines are not permitted because of our sensitive fire alarm systems.
